SAMPLE HOLDER FOR SMALL THIN FILM SAMPLES

This nozzle enables holding very small thin film samples through vacuum. The design is optimized to reduce interaction with an X-ray beam larger than the sample.

• Maximum sample thickness: 1 mm
• Single point vacuum connection

The sample holder fits directly to the Compact Cradle plus. The adapter A19B59 is required for use with the ¼-circle Eulerian cradle, the Centric Eulerian Cradle, UMC and XYZ stages, or Compact UMC stage.
