The mount is designed for cryo-crystallography systems that accept ALS style sample mounts. It fits to a magnetic goniometer head base, such as provided by the AUTOMATED GONIOMETERHEAD (AGH). The conical shape is compatible with the SCOUT gripper, ALS style grippers, auto mounters and sample handlers.
The mount features a two dimensional (2D) alphanumeric 16 x 16 data matrix code on the underside. The mount is also color coded yellow, loop size 0.1 - 0.2 mm.
