Description
Force Modulation cantilever holder for scanning in air with Dimension. This cantilever holder includes a large piezo that drives the tip of a low frequency and high amplitude, permitting force imaging in air on the Dimension/BioScope SPM heads. The holder can also be used in TappingMode and contact mode. A force imaging support note is included.
