Unmounted for Dimension AFMs. Tip Specification: These tips are formed from a Pt/Ir wire and cut at the end to form the tip. The wire is 0.25mm in diameter and 6mm in length. Recommended for Dimension SPM. For Multimode, 8mm tip (Model PT10) is recommended. STM tips are meant to be used with a conductive sample. Quantity = 10 per pack
