P3D Extended Image Rendering (Remote)

Tool for rendering 3D scenes from image data. Supports volume and surface rendering, cut-aways, rendering of segmentation results, dynamic textures. Ideal to interactively explore data and visualize research results.

PMOD is a Java application and is currently offered under Windows, Linux and MacOSX. It runs on standard 64-Bit computer platforms. For highly resolved or dynamic experimental data, workstations are recommended. At least 32 GB RAM, a multi-core processor, and a dedicated mid- to high-end graphics card (like NVIDIA Quadro with at least 4GB VRAM) are required.
