IRIS STM TERS Probes.
TERS probes for 633 nm or 785 nm excitation using STM feedback.
For use with Innova-IRIS only, using cartridge model 860-012-725.
Pin-premounted for easier and safer handling.
Use TERS-SMPL to test these probes at 633 nm excitation.
At least 5 out of 10 probes reach >10 contrast (tip-in vs tip-out) on TERS-SMPL.
