SPR # - Low Capacity Amine Sensor
Description
The SPR # - Low Capacity Amine Sensor (LCA) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.
The active prism contains a flat polycarboxylate surface with medium charge density. Targets are immobilized via their functional groups, such as amino, thiol, and aldehyde groups. This sensor type is suitable for general applications with low target levels, when working with large analytes such as cells and virus particles, and where dextran is
undesirable.
An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
