SPR # - His-Tag Capture Sensor

The SPR # - His-Tag Capture Sensor (HTC) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.
The active prism contains a high density polycarboxylate hydrogel with pre-immobilized tris-NTA for capturing poly-His-tagged proteins. The sensor is suitable for interaction studies of small to large analytes.
An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
