ESI-timsTOF fleX Essential Operator MALDI Imaging Training Course (C8EI12)
Description
This course is intended for beginners in the field of MALDI Imaging and will provide a comprehensive introduction to the entire workflow. The course is focused on the mass spectrometric analysis of tissue sections using the Bruker timsTOF fleX hard- and software.
Duration: 3 days
Requirements
No detailed knowledge in mass spectrometry and/or histology is required to attend the course. Basic familiarity with Bruker timsTOF flex instrument and a general understanding of the MALDI Imaging concept would be helpful. A substantial part of the course will be conducted in a level 2 biosafety lab (factory course). An essential operator training should be attended prior to this course.
