MALDI-TOF Essential Operator MALDI Imaging Training Course (C1EI12)
Description
This course is intended for beginners in the field of MALDI Imaging and will provide a compre hensive introduction to the entire workflow including basics of practical MALDI-TOF(/TOF) operation. The course is focused on the mass spectrometric analysis of tissue sections using Bruker MALDI-TOF hard- and software.
Duration: 3 days
Requirements
No detailed knowledge in mass spectrometry and/or histology is required to attend the course. Basic familiarity with Bruker MALDI-TOF instruments and a general understanding of the MALDI imaging concept would be helpful. A substantial part of the course will be conducted in a level 2 biosafety lab (factory course).
