HRMAS Insert Kit

For HRMAS applications, 4 mm rotor with different geometries are available which have been designed to confine the solvent and to optimize the shimmability.

Rotors are available in two versions:

• 50 μl cylindrical sample volume for highest sensitivity
• 12 μl spherical sample volume for highest B1 homogeneity and minimal temperature gradients in the sample.

Thanks to special inserts and a dedicated positioning tool, the sample volume can be exactly controlled and positioned at the center of the NMR coil. Ventilation holes in the inserts facilitate the preparation of the rotor, and sealing screws prevent the spillage of the sample and secure the insert.

Disposable Insert with sample volume of 25 µl, ideally suited for samples which are disposed after an NMR experiment are available (HRMAS Rotor Disposable Insert Kit)

Each HRMAS Rotor Inserts kit includes:

• 5 x Volume Reduction Inserts
• 5 x sealing threads
