Description
The SPR # - IgG Capture Sensor (IGC) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.The active prism contains a polycarboxylate hydrogel with pre-immobilized Protein A/G for the capture of antibodies of most species and Fc-tagged proteins in a specific orientation.An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
