SPR # - Low NSB Sensor
Description
The SPR # - Low Non Specific Amine Sensor (LNSB) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.
The active prism contains a polycarboxylate hydrogel with low charge density. Targets are immobilized via their functional groups, such as amino, thiol, and aldehyde groups. This sensor type is recommended when working with crude samples and for other applications with the need of very low non-specific binding.
An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
