SPR # - High Capacity Amine Sensor

The SPR # - High Capacity Amine Sensor (HCA) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.
The active prism contains a carboxymethylated dextran matrix with medium charge density for immobilization of targets via their functional groups, such as amino, thiol, and aldehyde groups. Alternatively, a capturing molecule may be coupled for subsequent capture. The HCA Sensor is suitable for most general applications including interaction analysis of small organic molecules, proteins, antibodies, lipids, carbohydrates,
and oligonucleotides.
An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
