Description

  • Non-spinning sample stage for powdered samples

    Specifications:

    • Fits specimen holders 51.5 mm in diameter and 8.5 mm in height
    • Dome specimen holders can be used without mounted anti-scatter screen
    • Reflection mode, horizontal sample
    • Transmission mode, vertical flat-film sample
    • Stage can be mounted by the user on the goniometer's self-centering stage-mount interface.

    Included:

    • Alignment Kit (glass slit, fluorescence screen, corundum reference sample)

    Optional (not included):

    • Reversible fixed (A26B25 / A26B28 for low angle) or motorized (A52D29) anti-scatter screen (for use in reflection mode) to reduce background
    • Adjustable slits set (A52D76) for transmission measurements
    • Specimen holder
    • Tungsten reference and verification sample 51.5 mm for Mo radiation (A52D132)
