  • 12-position sample changer with sample rotation for powdered samples

    Specifications:

    • Specimen holders with 32 mm diameter and 7.5 mm height.
    • Rotation speed is adjustable within 0 rpm to 80 rpm.
    • The stage can be mounted by the user at the self-centering stage-mounting interface of the goniometer.

    Included:

    • Alignment Kit (glass slit, fluorescent screen, corundum reference sample)

    Optional (not included):

    • Fixed (A26B36 / A26B37 for low angle) or motorized (A52D29) anti-scatter screen to reduce background
    • Specimen holder
    • Tungsten reference and verification sample 32 mm for Mo radiation (A52D133)
