A must have, multifunctional Pt coated calibration grid. With 1um, 3um, and 10um pitch areas suitable for checking a range of AFM scanners. Nominally 120nm deep. It is a reference artifact, where specifications are met through tight manufacturing tolerances, not certified or traceable.
