Description
SCANASYST-AIR is the #1 selling probe for imaging materials samples in air! The original probe of choice for the mode of the same name available on Dimension Icon, Dimension Edge, MultiMode, BioScope Resolve and other current and legacy Bruker AFMs. The SCANASYST-AIR probe features a single, V-shaped, Al reflex coated cantilever with a low spring constant. Paired with a very sharp tip, it is perfectly suited for high resolution imaging on most samples. Used in conjunction with Peak Force Tapping technology, Bruker AFMs can also employ automatic scan optimization using this probe. Expert level imaging every time!
