SPR # - Polycarboxylate HCA Sensor
Description
The SPR # - Polycarboxylate High Capacity Amine Sensor (PHCA) is a dual prism sensor for Bruker’s Triceratops SPR #64 system. It combines an active prism for measurement and a cleaning prism for maintenance in one sensor.
The active prism contains a polycarboxylate hydrogel with medium charge density for immobilization of targets via their functional groups, such as amino, thiol, and aldehyde groups. Alternatively, a capturing molecule may be coupled for subsequent capture. The PHCA Sensor is especially suitable for applications which require high immobilization
levels such as interaction analysis of small organic molecules with large proteins or fragment-based screenings.
An integrated RFID Tag provides consumable-related information like expiry date, batch ID, and sensor type.
