Bruker’s exclusive high contrast TERS probes uniquely provide full access to measurement on a wide range of samples. Bruker’s reliable TERS-AFM tuning fork based probes exhibit zero spectral interference (no feedback laser) delivering superior sensitivity with high confidence.
