Recommended for use with Bruker Dimension FastScan AFM. Combines a tip with 1nm nominal end radius, moderate 0.25 N/m spring constant, and high resonance frequency of 110kHz in air to provide reliable highest resolution imaging at high imaging rates with up to 8kHz PeakForce Tapping actuation.
