Bruker CaptiveSpray TIP 20 µm Etch-Taper
Description
Patented „Etch-Taper“ Emitter Tips for Bruker CaptiveSpray sources. Unlike a traditional pulled nanospray tip, the Etch-Taper technology employed by CaptiveSpray ensures that the internal diameter of the spray tip remains constant, thereby reducing tip clogging, and providing excellent spray stability over the entire LC gradient and robust operation for long time periods, even with heavy proteomics samples loads.

Our ready-to-use fused silica emitter offers a straightforward plug-and-play setup, ensuring hassle-free connection. Available in two internal diameters, our emitters cover both, high-throughput applications and the specific needs of plasma or single-cell proteomics.
Recommended flow rates:
- CaptiveSpray 2 Emitter 10 µm: 50 - 450 nL/min
- CaptiveSpray 2 Emitter 20 µm: 300 - 5000 nL/min
Note: 10 µm emitters often provide a more stable spray at lower flow rates.
