Sample holder with spring-loaded clip
for easy fixation of windows, pellets, films and filters for macroscopic and microscopic measurements.
A Viton O-ring, mounted in the clip, protects the sample from damage.
The sample holder is inserted in the transmission holder of the spectrometer or into the microscopy stage using a standard sized backplate.
