This Non-Magnetic Cantilever Holder supports AFM & TappingMode operation in air on the Dimension and Bioscope SPM heads. Constructed with special material, this cantilever holder is useful for sensitive Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM) imaging. Choose the regular cantilever holder, model # DAFMCH, for general contact mode, TappingMode, and MFM applications.
