Description
  • The His-Tag Capture Sensor is based on a polycarboxylate hydrogel functionalized with tris-NTA moieties to capture poly-His-tagged molecules through metal chelation. Compared to a mono-NTA-based sensor, the tris-NTA sensor features improved affinity towards a His-tag resulting in reduced loss of captured target proteins. The sensor can be used for interaction studies of small to large analytes.

It is recommended to use the His-Tag Capture Sensors with the His-Tag Capture Reagent Kit containing NiSO4 activation and EDTA regeneration solutions.

Technical Data
    • Matrix: Polycarboxylate hydrogel
    • Further Modification: Pre-immobilized poly-NTA
    • Sensor Regeneration: EDTA
Compatibilities
  • Sierra SPR®-24 Pro and Sierra SPR®-32 Pro
