Description
Microbial strain typing for source tracking – be it in the case of infected patients or a contamination in a production chain - is an essential step in hygiene management. Bruker’s Fourier Transform - Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy system, the IR Biotyper®, offers an easy-to-use method for fast and effective microorganism strain typing, with a simple workflow that needs minimal operator training.
